Wayne Brothers gave me the opportunity to work when I came to the U.S. I had worked construction in the Caribbean, so I started as a Form Carpenter, then worked my way up with the help of the mentors that the company gave me over the years. I really enjoy having the opportunity to lead, mentor, and guide the employees under my management now.
