A machine foundation was installed for Progress Rail inside an existing operating facility. The foundation included approximately 2,775 CY of concrete, 74 tons of rebar, shoring to support existing building, embedded material, demolition of existing slab and pour back of slab on grade. We modeled all rebar and concrete in-house. You can view the model here.
We also did several other foundations: Broach Pit, DMC, Ikegia, Laser Trench, Taiyo, Toyoda, Turbo Washer and Wheel Balancer.
