Wayne Brothers Processing Integration Group installed all the Process and Utility Piping for a new blending system, including 304 and 316 stainless steel tubing.
The Processing Integration Team rigged and set all the process and utility equipment: Double Seat Valve Clusters, Soy Oil Storage Tanks, CIP, Cooling Towers and Pump Skids.
This project was unique in that most of the double seat valves were installed on-site. Most the time these type valve clusters are assembled in a shop environment. The engineering firm and customer were impressed with the detailed work and precision that the Wayne Brothers Processing Integration Group provided on this project, that they have had us come back on several project since. The Wayne Brothers Process Integration group is now considered a preferred installer.
