Scope of Work
Wayne Brothers was selected to perform major concrete work for a large distribution facility for a leading e-commerce company. The scope includes placing 65,000 cubic yards of concrete over an aggressive eight-month period. Work covers 632,000 SF of slab-on-grade, 2,173,000 SF of slab-on-metal-deck, plus an additional 800,000 SF of site paving and sidewalks requiring 18,500 more cubic yards of concrete.
