Wayne Brothers’ Piping System group was brought in by an OEM to correct substandard sanitary piping work at a facility in Ohio. Our team developed and executed an immediate remediation plan to remove and replace all unsanitary welds. We mobilized skilled crews, worked extended hours over a weekend, and ensured the facility was brought back online and fully operational as quickly as possible.

The project required an urgent response due to the facility’s halted production and resulting financial losses. Our team had to coordinate rapid mobilization, plan corrective actions with limited lead time, and execute precise sanitary welds under tight deadlines. Performing critical sanitary piping repairs during a single weekend minimized downtime and prevented further revenue loss for the end user.
