McLeod Central Parking Deck

WBI successfully completed the construction of a challenging parking structure in a very constrained and logistically difficult site. This summer we worked vigorously through the extreme heat conditions and did not compromise safety or quality. We had zero lost time accidents and zero recordables with over 35,000 man hours worked! Wayne Brothers’ scope of work included the layout, foundations, columns, shear walls, slab on grade and elevated slabs and beams for the new Central Parking Deck. The parking deck consists of 3 Levels which provide 138,000 SF of additional parking area for the hospital facility. Approximately 5,500 cubic yards of concrete was required to construct the parking deck. Work began in early May 2010 and completed in September 2010.
