Wayne Brothers, Inc. was awarded the turnkey concrete package for the heavy industrial & manufacturing Caesarstone Technologies project located in Richmond Hill, GA. Our scope included pile caps, trenches, heavy-equipment foundations, shored slabs, slab-on-metal-deck, walls, pits, slab-on-grade with shake-on hardener, and concrete paving. The slab-on-grade included 6,400 yards with a shake-on hardener and hard-trowel finish. WBI paved 2,100 yards with a medium broom finish. The elevated shored slabs included 830 yards with a hard-trowel finish. And the heavy equipment foundations were 3,800 yards with a hard-trowel finish.
