Ardmore At Bryton

Wayne Brothers Geostructural Solutions group designed and installed a deep foundation system for the Ardmore at Bryton project, a multi-family development. We also provided Civil & Infrastructure services on this project. The purpose of this deep foundation system was to provide structural support for a proposed building located near an existing MSE retaining wall. Drilled shafts were selected as the most appropriate deep foundation system to reliably penetrate the geogrid fabric from the MSE wall.
