Scope of Work
Our team delivered the turnkey concrete scope for the new Huber OSB Mill, completing critical foundations and structural elements with precision and efficiency. The scope included the 20-foot- deep Press Pit and Debarker foundations, a 360,000-sf warehouse slab-on-grade, heavy-duty equipment pads, and 1,500 LF of 13-foot-tall retaining wall.
Unique Challenges
One of the biggest challenges of this project was building four sets of pier structures. Each set included two 22-foot-tall piers connected with shored concrete and topped with anchor bolt cans, all placed within extremely congested rebar and embedded steel. At nearly 70 cubic yards each, the pours had to be completed in one monolithic operation, demanding careful planning and seamless teamwork. By leaning on our experience and coordination, our crews delivered these challenging elements safely and on schedule.
