Veterans’ Employment + Development Program

Our team has created rewarding career paths tailored to veterans’ needs. We strive to provide the same structural clarity, camaraderie, and path to advancement provided by military service. These priorities form the foundation of our apprenticeship and transferable MOS programs.

Wayne Brothers helps former service members transition into the civilian workforce. Learn a trade on the job without formal classroom education. At the end of the training period, you’ll gain the proper certification or journeyman status.

GI Bill-Approved Apprenticeship Program

Chapter 33 of the GI Bill covers living expenses as you train for a new job. Learn a new trade and receive GI Bill benefits while earning a competitive salary and a monthly housing allowance.

Transferable MOS Program

We’re interested in the skills and experience you’ve gained over the course of your service. The following military occupational specialty codes are needed for immediate hire. If your MOS is listed here, get in touch. We’ll train you on the job.

After leaving the Marine Corps, I knew I didn’t want to work in an office, but I did want to find a place where I could grow. I worked my way up from an apprenticeship through seven different roles at Wayne Brothers, and today I’m a super. If you’re looking for a long-term career, this is the place to be. You’re truly part of a team.
