Division Manager, Industrial Concrete
"

I quite literally grew up at Wayne Brothers. I was 20 years old when I joined the company as a laborer — I had never worked in commercial construction before. I just showed up and hustled. Wayne Brothers helped me grow my hands-on skills as I worked my way up through the craft levels to Foreman, then in my leadership skills as I rose from Superintendent to my current position as head of a new division.

Opportunity abounds if you are willing to work hard, get dirty, and run toward the challenges. In the 30 years I’ve been here, I can’t recall one day when I wasn’t excited to get up and go to work. Even on the most challenging projects, with difficult clients, schedules or scopes, I always look forward to what our team can accomplish.
