As the company approaches its 28th anniversary, the current shareholders Bobby Phillips, John Ashworth, and Keith Wayne are extremely enthusiastic to welcome Chad Hensley in becoming a shareholder of Wayne Brothers, Inc. Chad has elected to accept this opportunity to purchase shares and to become a shareholder through a private offering of the company. This opportunity was made available as a result of Chad’s strong business skills, customer focused performance, and impeccable judgment and values that are aligned with those of the current equity owners.
Chad currently serves on the Executive Committee along with Isaiah Wayne, Bob Greene, Jason Sisk, and the previously mentioned shareholders. In conjunction with his new role as shareholder, Chad has been promoted to Vice President of Construction Management and will lead the company’s Innovation and Quality Management strategic priorities.
After graduating from NC State University, Chad began his career with Wayne Brothers in 1999 as Project Manager in Training. He was promoted to Senior PM and later moved to his current Position as Project Executive. Chad received his Professional Engineer designation while employed with the company as well as numerous other accreditations.
