Wayne Brothers has expanded their Concrescere Headquarters with the addition of a second office building. This new office building will be home to the Wayne Brothers Industrial Group (Special Concrete, Equipment Rigging & Setting, and Process Integration) along with Concrete Placing & Finishing and Training. This expansion comes on the heels of Wayne Brothers celebrating 35 years in business.
Designed by WGM Design, the office area is over 4300 square feet with an additional 5000+ square feet in the bay / shop area. The shop is equipped with a 2 ton over head crane and is heated with a “Clean Burn” heater which is fueled by waste oil that comes from the fleet of 140 vehicles and over 100 pieces of yellow iron.
The office utilizes the newest technology such as:
- Dual mode LED site parking lot light. Each fixture is programmed to illuminate at 10% until motion is detected, then the illumination goes to 100% until motion ceases for five minutes. This saves on energy cost and mitigates light pollution.
- Indoor motion activated lights
- Building access via biometric readers
- Voice and data connectivity via fiber optic cable
The lobby was designed and installed by Wayne Brothers employees with the goal to showcase the great work these groups preform every day. “Within the last couple of years, we have expanded our service offerings by adding Engineering, Geotechnical Solutions, and Process Integration. With these new offerings we added many new staff members. We simply outgrew our main building and had to expand. A great problem to have!” explains Keith Wayne, President and CEO of Wayne Brothers.
