I wanted to give a shout out to Oscar Palacios, Livan Rodriguez and Moises Espinoza for leading the slab-on-grade work out at Project Galaxy and successfully closing out the project this July. Galaxy was the first project I oversaw since coming on board with WBI last May and couldn’t have done it without the help from an outstanding field crew. Livan’s ability to manage client relations, continually collaborate and adjust as field conditions changed, Oscar’s attention to detail and overall commitment to driving work forward, and Moises’ positive attitude to lead the crew through unfavorable subgrade conditions led to exceeding client expectations. Due to their commitment to the work, the owner and many others recognized that Wayne Brothers set the standard for concrete subcontractors with efficiency and quality at the project with 5 others on-site at the time. Thank you for all your help, great work! – Joe Rebrovich
Thank you to Shawntel Brown for another successful internship program. – Jason Sisk

Gary Johnston has done a great job at the NUCOR site in Lexington NC with keeping up with all the things that needs to get done on a daily basis. With the site forever changing and getting new task put on him everyday he has stepped up and keeps improving himself as well as the team. – Kris Morgan
Kudos to Joe Rebrovich for developing his skills as a PM for our concrete group in such a short time. Joe joined our team approximately one year ago and had to learn the technical details of concrete construction after being with a large General contractor for years. Joe is always willing to take on new challenges and has stepped up to help preconstruction voluntarily while delivering excellent results in project management for several significant concrete projects. – Isaiah Wayne
Bryon Herron does an excellent job of communication and planning his jobs. – Melissa Newsome
Kudos to Josh Byers for the planning, scheduling and delivery of one our largest civil contracts to date. Josh has led the project management efforts on the Nucor Lexington Sitework. His servant leadership and hard work has made this project successful in the eyes of our client and the entire team. We look forward to monitoring Josh’s growth as a leader here at Wayne Brothers. – Isaiah Wayne
Thank you to Paul Dolinsky and the team at Pearl for consistently going above and beyond for our customer through safety, quality, & productively. – Jeff Howell

Four months after the initial start date they are above the anticipated schedule. Thanks to Todd Ashworth, Tyler Roach, Chad Hensley, Emilio Atherly, Alejandro Barco and Zane Lail for leading this effort! – Isaiah Wayne
Kudos to Jon Yeaman on estimating, following up and closing two projects. One with Clayco, providing stainless steel piping racks to Nestle, “shop work” and the other with Mars Pet Care in Columbia SC on installing and piping process equipment. – Don Miller
