Wayne Brothers Companies has handled a wide range of concrete construction projects in South Carolina. One of our most notable projects was the construction of Patewood Hospital in Greenville, SC. WB partnered with the construction team to plan and build a massive energy facility, patient tower, MOB facility and a parking deck. Using a variety of techniques, WB was able to construct the foundations and structures for multiple buildings; all while leaving over 2,000 trees on the property undisturbed.
