WBI’s Quarterly Safety Reward is calculated based on our company’s total safety performance, and is paid based on lost time accidents and claim dollars expended. If WBI experiences one or more lost time accident and/or our claim expenses exceed a certain amount within any quarter, the Safety Reward for that quarter will be withheld. Each employee must submit one valid safety concern to be eligible for the Quarterly Safety Reward. Their safety concern must be completed before the quarter expires and it serves as the employee’s “ticket to the game”. During WBI’s last quarter we experienced ZERO LOST TIME accidents, and our claims were well below the required amount. We had 47 employees submit a valid safety concern which earned them their “ticket to the game”. Each of the 47 employee participants will receive their safety bonus in their August 2nd paychecks! Going forward, please make sure to submit your safety concerns to qualify for the quarterly safety bonuses, and to help WBI in our efforts to always “Safely Exceed Expectations”!
