McLeod Central Parking Deck
The McLeod Central Parking Deck was a challenge because of the small and logistically tricky site on which the deck was built. However, even while building this turnkey concrete project in the intense summer heat, Wayne Brothers were able to provide the finished product with no lost time accidents or recordables. A total of 5,500 cubic yards of concrete were used to create the parking deck.
Patewood Hospital
Wayne Brothers was hired to help build the Patewood Hospital in Greenville. The work included turnkey concrete work on the energy plant, patient tower, MOB, and Parking Deck. By using a tower crane during site construction, Wayne Brothers completed the work while leaving the mature trees on the property undisturbed, creating a more beautiful finished design.
