I encourage all of you to continue watching out for and correcting any unsafe act(s), unsafe behavior(s), and/or unsafe condition(s) in order to maintain a safe work area. Please continue to encourage your employees to participate in hazard recognition techniques such as the Safety Improvement submissions to help identify and eliminate potential hazards on our projects.
