Jason Sisk, Wayne Brothers’ Safety Director, has been named the 2020 Safety Professional of The Year by the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), Tarheel Chapter.
A little over three years ago, he approached the ASSP Executive Committee about establishing a specific venue for Tarheel members in construction which led to the bi-monthly breakfast meetings of the construction round-table section, and under his leadership it has provided a venue for this under served segment of the chapter. Sisk’s involvement with the chapter began before he even graduated college.
