Major Safety Milestone
We have achieved a major company milestone. As of March 2022, we have reduced our EMR (Experience Modification Rate) from a 0.77 to a 0.55! Given the volume and complexity of work we do this is a tremendous achievement.
While this achievement is something to be celebrated it doesn’t mean we can become complacent. We must continue to focus on safe behaviors and eliminating factors that could lead to an incident. It takes everyone, every day working safely and recognizing hazards before they become a problem.
