The prevention of accidents is a responsibility every person accepts while employed for WBI. Every employee is given eight hours of safety training before their first day of work and experiences three to five hours of safety training each week. Safe work practices are encouraged and rewarded with hourly and yearly safety bonuses for all craft workers. We take safety very seriously and only employ those who share our values.
